The project began with a focus on organic and gluten-free cuisine, using only our own original recipes.

The coeliac community was undoubtedly our primary launchpad; they soon became the driving force that led us to expand and include so many others who were "claiming" a space of their own.

So, welcome to a home for EVERYONE. It doesn’t matter how you introduce yourself:

Gluten-free, lactose-free, cow’s milk protein-free, soya-free, fructose-free, sugar-free, no added sugar, nut-free, egg-free, or vegan.

We are now settled at our new location on Calle Diputación 187 (Barcelona), where we continue to innovate, create, and build.
